TO SUCH EFFECT DECLARES:

  • - That the supply for which you are requesting a social bonus is intended for the habitual residence of the holder.
  • - That the owner is a physical person.
  • - That the headline is accepted at the voluntary price for the small consumer1 (PVPC) or, in case of not being one, that accepts the formalization of a contract with the reference trading company hosted by PVPC.

 

1. The application of the social bonus involves having a supply contract with the reference marketer to PVPC. The PVPC is regulated in Royal Decree 216/2014, of March 28, which establishes the methodology for calculating voluntary prices for the small consumer of electricity and its legal status of contracting.

Family unit information

A family unit, for the sole purposes of the application of the social rebate to electrical energy invoices, is that constituted according to the provisions of Law 35/2006, of 28 November, concerning Income Tax for Private Citizens and the partial modification of the laws concerning corporation tax, income tax for non-residents and personal patrimony, is defined as follows.

  1. 1. A unit composed of spouses who are not legally separated and, if any:
    1. a) children under the age of majority, with the exception of those who, with the consent of the parents, live independently of them.
    2. b) children over the age of majority who are legally incapacitated and subject to parental authority, whether extended or rehabilitated.
  2. In cases of legal separation, or where there is no marital bond, a unit formed by the father or mother and all children who reside with one or the other and who fulfil the requirements referred to in Rule 1
    No one can be part of two family units at the same time.

The verification of the income requirements through the telematic application only will be carried out for the verification of severe vulnerable consumer status
In order to verify the relevant income requirements and, where appropriate, that you receive the minimum pension, it will be necessary for you to give express authorisation to carry out the checks detailed below in order to process your social rebate application and during the validity of the rebate. Otherwise, it will not be possible to carry out the verification of the requirements so that you can receive the social rebate.
The dealer concerned to introduce, through the application implemented for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, the information, including the personal data of the applicant for the social rebate and, if the applicant is part of a family unit, of the members of this family unit, that have been provided to him by means of this model of application and accompanying documents, if appropriate, as well as to carry out the other treatments of personal data provided for in article 6 of the Ministerial Order developing the Royal Decree regulating the status of vulnerable consumer, the social rebate and other protective measures for domestic consumers of electricity, for the purposes of the allocation of the social rebate and other consequences provided for in that regulation, including the treatment of such information, and of the personal data that it includes, for the purpose of providing the information required
for the applicant to apply for the social rebate, and the other consequences, if any, that are regulated in the Royal Decree quoted, as well as for the maintenance of the social rebate and other consequences, if appropriate, while maintaining the conditions that have given rise to its granting.

That the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, through the application implemented for this purpose, has access to the corresponding bases of the Spanish State Tax Agency, or in the case of the Basque Country and Navarre, the corresponding Foral Agency that contains information concerning income.

The dealer concerned to collect information from the regional or local administrations whose social services are attending or attend to the consumer who meets the requirements to be classified as severely vulnerable. Under no circumstances shall the checking of the requirements related to the special circumstances which, where appropriate, may apply.
In order to verify the relevant income requirements and, where appropriate, that you receive the minimum pension, it will be necessary for you to give express authorisation to carry out the checks detailed below in order to process your social rebate application and during the validity of the rebate. Otherwise, it will not be possible to carry out the verification of the requirements so that you can receive the social rebate.
The Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, through the corresponding telematic application, to gain access to the Social Security databases containing information concerning retirement pensions or permanent disability allowances.
If the minimum retirement criteria are not fulfilled, and if you also ticked the first
authorisation, compliance with the income requirement will also be checked through the application implemented for that purpose in the electronic office of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital
Agenda.

            Only in case of fulfilling the special circumstances of disability greater than or equal to 33%, victim of gender violence, victim of terrorism or recognized dependence of grade II or III. It is important that this certificate does not indicate the concrete circumstance nor identify which member of the family unit is the one that is in it.
