Who can sign up for the OKElectricity Businesses Assistance service?

The OKElectricity Businesses assistance service is for small businesses whose contracted capacity does not exceed 10kW (not homes or communities) and is commercialized solely together with the electricity supply in open market. Throughout the national territory.

When is it possible to make use of the contracted maintenance service?

The OkElectricity Businesses Assistance service will go into effect when the energy supply contract becomes active.

What is the price for the first year and for the years after?

The service price for the first year, with 50% discount included, is €2.75 per month (VAT not included). This service is always and solely billed under the same billing schedule as the electricity supply bill. (The annual cost of this service during the first year is €32.94 total (VAT not included).

From the second year of the contract on, the quota price is €5.49/month (VAT not included). (The annual cost of this service from the second year on is €65.88 total (VAT not included)).

How long does the discount last for?

The 50 % discount on the service quota lasts for one year from the contract start date.

What happens if I terminate the electricity contract?

If you cancel an electricity supply contract, whether you have contracted the maintenance service with a joint billing system or the independent billing system, the maintenance contract will continue active until you have expressly requested the cancellation. For joint billing systems, once the electricity contract has been cancelled, you will be billed for the maintenance service separately.

I am signed up for another maintenance service, can I contract Endesa's OKElectricity service?

The Endesa maintenance services that are billed together with the energy supply are incompatible with each other. Only one of them may be included on your bill.
