What is the One Rate?

Endesa's One Rate is a new way of understanding your energy contract. You can do everything you need online, at a price that is always competitive.
A rate with which you will always have a competitive price, not just for the first year.
With a discount on the fixed term, indefinitely.
A 100% online rate, which allows you to carry out all your transactions quickly and easily, 24 hours a day through "My Endesa" or by downloading our mobile app.
A rate with which you contract only what you need, with no obligation to contract an additional service but with the possibility to do so if you need to.
No permanency contract commitment.
You´ll receive an e-mail showing the date and providing you with a link through which you can access your electronic bill when it becomes available.
Easy, simple contracting: without costs, changes to your installation or interruptions to supply.
A rate for everyone: new and current customers.
(*) So long as the customer has the ONE Rate contracted and makes preferential use of the online channels.

How does my contract's rate evolve? For electricity capacities ≤ 10 kW and 3.1 and 3.2 Gas rates.

The My Contract price referring to the One Rate can be updated on January 1st following contracting with the real CPI value (latest general inter-annual Consumer Price Index published officially at the time of update) as well as due to variations undergone by current regulated components that are applicable to electricity and gas supplies, as well as new components that may be legislatively approved.
If there are modifications in your contract price, these will be passed along to the customer for both increases and decreases. This type of modification is regulated and is completely beyond Endesa's control. It is applied equally to the entire national territory and to all companies.
In addition, the price may be reviewed following one year of contracting. This will occur on April 1st or October 1st of each year. If there are changes we will communicate them to you with a month of anticipation. Remember that you can cancel the contract at any time and contract another rate from Endesa or from any other company.

What are regulated components?

This is a part of the price that you pay for contracted or fixed capacity and for consumption on your electricity and gas bill. This amount goes primarily towards infrastructure maintenance that allows electricity and gas to be carried from the point of origin to your home.
This part of the price is set by the Government and is same for all companies and throughout the national territory.
Normally updated via publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE) once per year, although on occasion this may occur at other times.
Rental prices for the measurement and control (meter) equipment are also controlled, along with electricity taxes, hydrocarbons (for gas), VAT, GICIT, etc.
The norm for all companies is that, when a change occurs for any of the regulated components, this is conveyed to the customer, whether it is an increase or a decrease.

I have the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (VPSC - Formerly LRT). Is it in my interest to switch?

Yes, it's in your interest to switch. With the ONE Rate you have an indefinite discount on the fixed charge. The ONE Rate price is lower, and you will also avoid possible market variations in the VPSC price.
With Endesa's ONE rate you contract only what you need, with no obligation to contract an additional service but with the possibility to do so if you need to.

Can I change to a time restriction rate?

This change involves a modification to the measurement equipment (meter) at a cost of €9.04 as established in Order Orden ITC/3519/2009.

If I change to the One Rate, do I have to check the installation or change the measurement equipment?

Changing to a different company does not involve any change to your installation or interruption to supply. You don't have to do a thing: Endesa will take care of all of the paperwork.
Remember that:
Right now, all companies are replacing meters with new electronic models. If yours hasn't been changed yet it will be changed soon, but this has nothing to do with signing up for this rate.
If when signing up for this rate you decide to change the power or the time restriction rate for your rate, modifications must be made to your meter or ICP. This has a cost known as "coupling rights" which comes to €9.04 without taxes (Order ITC/3519/2009) If you increase capacity there may also be other contracting costs.
