All of our clients have the right to express their dissatisfaction with any service provided or in regards to a given product.

The complaints can relate to:

  • Customer service
  • Management of the business cycle (contracts, billing, collections and readings)
  • Subjects related to the operation of the Online Office, readings, e-bill, etc.

Where do I File My Claim?

We make Online Office available to you where you can quickly and easily file a claim.

How do I check the status of my claim?

Check reclamation status
  • If you file a complaint through our Online Office, we will give you a complaint reference number for you to perform a follow-up thereof.

  • If you file the complaint by e-mail, you will be given an application number, the e-mail entry date and the description of the complaint.
