What should I keep in mind if I'm going to open my business in a space that already has a supply contracted?
If you're going to open your business and the space already has supplies with an active contract, before selecting the management process that suits you best (changing the contract title holder, activating a 2nd occupation, etc.), you should take the following into account:
- If a debt exists.
- If you are willing to take it on.
- The installation's age.
- The technical characteristics.
If the business's economic activity changes, signifying a change of the CNAE that appears in the contract, for your safety you must ensure that the electrical installation is prepared. You must carry out and present to us a new Electrical Installation Certificate issued by an authorized electrician.
