How can I change the account number for direct debits?

How can I change the account number for direct debits?

If you would like to change your bank account from the Online Office, just go to the “My Contracts – Payment Holder Data” section and complete the corresponding form with the following data:

  • Tax Code (NIF/NIE/CIF) of the contract-holder.
  • New e-mail address or contact telephone number.

Once requested, you will receive an email with the bank authorisation document (the mandate). To formalize a change of bank account it is necessary that you send the signed mandate to the CEFACO e-mail address: Domiciliado@sevillana.grupoendesa.es.
If you do not return the mandate signed within 30 days, the change requested will not be formalised.

You can also contact Endesa through the Customer Service telephone numbers, Sales Offices and Service Points and provide the following data:

  • Tax Code (NIF/NIE/CIF) of the new contract-holder.
  • CUPS/Supply point address.
  • Personal data of the contract-holder.
