What is the Comprehensive Boiler Solution?

This is a new product with which, by paying €1.85/day with VAT included, you'll enjoy a new high energy efficiency boiler, with installation, annual preventative maintenance and unlimited repairs included during 60 months.

At the end of the contract, you will have the option to buy, paying a residual value of €175.

With the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION you'll receive the best gas rate available for your open market consumption range.

What do I need to sign up for a Comprehensive Boiler Solution?

All you need to have is an Open Market rate Endesa Energy gas supply, in Open Market rate, and a gas supply point that is associated with the name of the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION contract holder.

In order to sign up for the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION you must pass a credit control test in which you will need to provide your DNI (ID card no.) and the address where you want us to install the gas supply.

What do I need to sign up for a Comprehensive Boiler Solution?

The boiler that we install for you is a VITODENS 100W condensation boiler with a heat capacity of: 26kW.

Its technology will allow you to save up to 30% of your consumption.

How long will it take for you to install it?

Normally we can install the boiler in a maximum of 2 or 3 days following contract signing.

How long will it take for the boiler to be fixed if it is damaged? Will there be any cost?

If you call 902 760 097 an installer will be at your home in under 3 hours to repair the issue. Repair includes installation, labour and the parts necessary.

Can I be signed up for gas with another company?

No, in order to enjoy the numerous advantages of the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION product you must sign up for a gas supply with ENDESA. The COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION is an associated energy contract with provision of services.

Is boiler installation free?

Yes. ENDESA will not charge you anything for installation so long as it is a standard installation. If it is necessary to perform a more complex installation, the additional cost will be budgeted directly by the Endesa approved installer.

How am I billed?

You're billed bi-monthly together with the gas meter reading. The total amount charged for the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION will be €1.85 for the days corresponding to the period. The charge will come in the same gas bill in a separate section with the item "Comprehensive Boiler Solution".


In the case that the Reseller Company change cannot be made due to denial by ATR (grid access) to Endesa, the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION service will be charged monthly, applying the price of €1.85/day for the exact number of days in the billing period.

What will happen upon contract finalization?

Thirty days prior to termination of the contract, Endesa Energy will get in touch with you to offer you the option of purchasing the boiler. In order to exercise the purchase option, you must pay €175 (21% VAT included), with which you will be issued a bill for this amount for the purchase of the boiler.


In the case that you accept the purchase option, you can also optionally continue with a gas maintenance service. If you do not wish to exercise the purchase option, Endesa will proceed to remove the boiler, at no cost upon termination of the contract.


Your gas supply with Endesa will continue in accordance with the corresponding Open Market rate.

What happens if I cancel the contract before it comes to an end?

In order to enjoy the numerous advantages of the COMPREHENSIVE BOILER SOLUTION product, the contract must be complied with. In the case of unexpected contract termination you will thus have two options: exercise the right to purchase the boiler or pay a penalty fee that will vary according to the moment of contract termination, and have the boiler be removed.  The purchase option will vary according to the time remaining on the contract:
