What Rate is Best for You

Mon May 26 13:38:49 UTC 2014

To choose the rate that best suits your needs, you must take into account:

How much power you need

There is a fixed cost that you will find every month in your bill and which depends on how many kWs you have specified in your contract. The higher the power level, the higher the fixed cost.

You can choose how much power you need according to your requirements, i.e., which appliances you use on an everyday basis and how many of them you use at the same time. The more power you have in your contract, the more electrical appliances you can turn on simultaneously. Would you like to find out approximately how much power you need? We recommend our Power Calculator.

If you're clear about how much energy you consume and at what times you do so, the Tempo Happy rate lets you choose 2 hours every day (or one whole day per week) in which the kWh you consume are totally free of charge.

If your consumption is spread evenly throughout the day, we propose the Tarifa One rate: this way you won't need to worry about the price variations for your energy and you will always benefit from a competitive price.

If you accumulate most of your expenditure during the night and the early hours of the morning we recommend our Tarifa One Night Rate. It divides your energy consumption into two categories: Off-Peak – when it is cheaper – and Peak – when the cost is higher.

What are your consumption habits?

This represents the variable part of your bill that increases according to how much you use your electrical appliances.

If you would like to find out how many kWh you consume per year, you can check this in your Private Customer Area . You can see what your consumption has been per month, per days and even per hour.
