What is the process for signing up for the One Rate?

Signing up for Endesa's ONE Rate is very straightforward. You can start the sign up process from our product catalogue, through campaigns or promotions, with the product comparer, or in the your private "My Endesa" area.
 
Your online contract in 3 steps:
 
  • Get information about our products and offers, and choose what best meets your needs.
  • Review the general and specific contract conditions. 
  • Access and fill out the corresponding fields in the online sign up form.
 
If you have questions or are missing information during the sign up process, you can save a draft of your request that you can later return to in order to complete the sign up through eZone 

We explain the contracting process, step-by-step:

"Your Information": let us get to know you to offer you the best service. Provide us with your personal information and your mailing address.
If you're already an Endesa customer, if you wish, we can recover your data. This will make the online contracting process easier.

"Your Supply":  in this step you should tell us:
 
  • What is your Marketing Company.
  • Supply contract CUPS number or the supply point address.
  • If you're not the contract title holder, no problem. When you sign up, we'll change the title holder for you.
  • And lastly, in this step you must choose if you want the Restriction Rate.
 
"Your Capacity": select the capacity that best adapts to your needs. If you wish, you can consult our capacity calculator.

"Your Order Summary": you can see a summary of the products being contracted.

"Your Payment Information": add the bank account with which you want to set up direct deposit for your bills.  If the bank account provided is not registered with us, we'll attach a direct deposit order that you must return to us, signed, through the channels indicated.

"Your Documentation": We´ll let you know if you need to attach the Energy Efficiency Certificate (CIE).  If your installation is new or is older than 20 years, we´ll need you to send us a copy (CIE) within 30 days. If you don't have the necessary documentation on hand at the moment, you will be able to send it to us by e-mail or regular mail.  

"Your Confirmation": will show the details of all information provided.  You can check on your contract process through "My Endesa" or once the contracting process is completed, you can check the information for the request made. We'll give you the contract number, and we'll send you an email to the address you have provided us from which you can download the general and specific conditions.
