The ARCO Rights (rights to Access, Cancel, Modify and Oppose) guarantee users the control of personal information and establish a series of obligations for third parties.
Scope of the ARCO rights

Right to Access: citizens are entitled to request the following information from the data manager responsible for the storage file:

Are their personal data being processed?

The purpose of any such data processing.

Data source and any intended data transfers or those effectively carried out to third parties.

Right to Modification and Cancellation: the data owner may request the data manager to correct this data when these are inaccurate, incomplete, inadequate or excessive. The data owner may also request that their personal data be cancelled.

Right to Oppose: citizens may oppose the third-party use of their data for any processing purposes. This is a legal action.
You may exercise your
ARCO rights via the
Online Office by completing the relevant request form for
Access,
Modification,
Cancellation and
Opposition, as set forth in the LOPD; you may also request not to receive publicity, sales communications, etc.
