If you want to know how to sign up online with Endesa, we show you the step-by-step process that you need to follow. It is a very simple system that will allow you to start the process quickly and safely.

2.    Please provide your personal data

  • Yes

If you are already an Endesa customer:

In the first step we can fill out the form with your data. This way it will be easier to carry out the contracting process.

The first question we will ask you is “Are you an Endesa customer?” Select “Yes” and enter your Customer Area user details if you are already registered, the system will take care of the rest.

If you are not yet registered in the Endesa Customer Area, do so to benefit from all the advantages. Click on “I am not registered with Endesa Clientes” and fill in the required information.

In this case you will only need:

  • Your national ID, foreigner’s ID, tax ID, or passport.
  • Your contract number or your bank account number.

If you are not yet an Endesa customer, you will have to select the “No” box in the “Are you an Endesa customer?” section and fill in your information on the form to be able to continue. We will ask you for the following:

  • Name
  • Surname(s)
  • ID document no.
  • Nationality
  • Language
  • Contact telephone number
  • Email

3.    Provide us with the necessary documentation for the new supply point

To formalise your contract, we will need some information:

  • Your personal data and supply address or the CUPS (universal supply point code).
  • Name of your current provider. You won’t need this if you want  to register a new electricity,   or gas connection in a home or business that does not have one.
  • You have to select the power rating you need and indicate whether you want time-of-use rates.
  • You might need to provide some documentation before signing the contract. Here’s a help document regarding the information that you will have to provide depending on the product and your location.
  • To have your bills paid by direct debit, enter your payment details, account number (20 digits), the IBAN or BIC number (if you are not Spanish), and all other required information.

If you are not the account holder, you also need to provide us with:

  • The number of the electricity or gas contract.
  • The name of the bank where direct debit payment for the electricity or gas contract will be made.
  • The first four digits of your bank account.
  • If you sign up for additional maintenance services with your electricity or gas contract we’ll need some information about your equipment.

4.    Enjoy! Now you have a new contract with Endesa

Our team will contact you via the notification method you have chosen so you can receive your contract and finish off the process. You’ll receive an email with everything you need to know and a summary of the process you have completed.

We’ll also give you information about the service and the date the change will take effect if you’re making a change from another provider.

You’ll have everything you need and soon your service will be fully operational.
