I have a contract with a Reference Reseller Company and I have a Remotely Managed Meter. Why am I still being sent my bill monthly?

This change to your billing period is applied in compliance with Royal Decree 1718/2012, December 28th, which establishes bi-monthly billing, using actual readings and no estimates, for customers who have a contract with a Reference Reseller Company and who have a Remotely Managed Meter installed, with remote reading activated for the system. Billing will be monthly, using actual readings, without estimates.

This measure applies to all customers, independent of the company with which they have contracted the electricity supply, and it only implies a change to billing periods.
