I do not agree with the price used in billing

In this case, we advise that you check:

  • The specific conditions of the product you're contracting.
  • The "Understand Your Product Better" section of your bill, which includes certain modifications and changes such as the price revisions of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.

Keep in mind that:

  • If you are in Open Market, certain specific conditions are contracted. In some cases, these conditions mean that the price is subject to periodic reviews established by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, which are published in the Official State Gazette (B.O.E., in its Spanish acronym).
  • If you are signed up for the VPSC (formerly the LRT) price of electricity can change every hour as the electricity market evolves, and will therefore never be the same on your bills and it is not possible to know what it will be in advance. That is to say, the amount of your bills will depend on other additional factors at the consumption level, such as the weather and energy demand.
  • If you have contracted the Fixed Price established by the Reference Marketing Company, this price will remain fixed during 12 months. You know the price in advance because you don't have unlimited consumption; that is to say, the amount of your bill will depend on your consumption level.
